About this location
Our name refers to Dicentrarchus labrax — the sea bass — a symbol of purity, strength, and balance. These values form the basis of our cuisine. We cook with a Burgundian flair, following the seasons and adding the occasional surprising twist. In a relaxed setting where you can sit comfortably, take your time, and enjoy yourselves together.
About us
We are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 PM, so we also serve lunch. Whether you are in the mood for a beautiful fish dish or prefer the well-known croquettes with bread, there is something for everyone. Want to have a drink or grab a seat on the terrace? That is possible with us too. We have a lovely terrace where you can sit out of the wind and enjoy the sunshine; it is the perfect spot even on cooler days.
Our dinner menu is extensive and varied. In addition to the menu, we regularly have specials, and of course, we also serve Zeeland mussels (seasonal). We also consider a nice wine to accompany your meal important; we have thought of everything. We want you to feel welcome and at home as our guest.
